Each house sleep 4/5 people each in comfort.
Should a booking be made for up to 4/5 people then they will be accommodated in the Lower House.
A booking of more than 4/5 people would thus occupy both houses.
Cost per person for 2009 / 2010
The price works out from about £78 in low season to £156 per person/week.
This is based on bookings where both houses are full. For parties of 4/5 people staying in the Lower House
the rates per person are even lower.
Off season long-term lets
Special rates can be arranged for longer lets in low season. These might suit visiting academics and the like.

Weekly clean and linen change included.
Rental prices based on up to four/five people per house.
A Child's cot is available at no extra charge.
Wood for the stove and open fires included.
Prices in Pounds Sterling. Quotes in Euro are available on request.
Changeover day is Saturday except for Christmas/New Year
Arrival time is 5pm, departure time is 10am except by prior arrangement.
A 'breakages' deposit of £500 is payable on booking, and refundable at the end of the stay.
In addition 25% of the rental is due to secure the booking.
The balance of the rental must be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival.
